# Refund & Return Policy

Wolf & Steer products are made-to-order and printed just for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is uniquely produced, we handle returns a little differently than a typical retailer.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we've got you covered. Contact us within **30 days of delivery** at **admin@wolfandsteer.com** with:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

We'll review it and send a free replacement at no cost to you. No need to ship the damaged item back.

## Sizing & Buyer's Remorse

Because every shirt is made to order, we are not able to offer returns or refunds for:

- Wrong size ordered (please use the size chart before purchase)
- Change of mind after ordering
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender due to incorrect shipping address

## Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors and your local post office
2. Wait 2-3 business days — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely
3. If it's still missing, contact us at **admin@wolfandsteer.com** and we'll help resolve it
